Donor Bill of Rights
Benirai Ministries adopts the Donor Bill of Rights (AAFRC/AHP/CASE/AFP, 1993) and the AFP Code of Ethical Standards as the foundation of our relationship with every contributor.

Right to know how contributions are used
Every contributor has the right to know how their contribution is used. Benirai publishes a monthly transparency report.

Right to confidentiality of subject identity
Where declared, subject identity is kept confidential. Credential records use pseudonymous identifiers. No identifying information is stored in evidence records.

Right to a written acknowledgment
Every contribution meeting the applicable threshold receives a written acknowledgment within 30 days, as required by applicable law.

Right to appeal any tier decision
Every credential holder has the right to appeal any tier decision. Appeals are reviewed within 30 days.
- 5.
Right to revoke a contribution within 30 days
Contributors may revoke a contribution made in error within 30 days of settlement, subject to verification that no downstream credential has been issued.

Right to expect ethical fundraising conduct
Benirai adopts the AFP Code of Ethical Standards as its fundraising conduct code.
