Benirai stores only what a credential requires: a pseudonymous identifier, an assessment path and score, an evidence hash, and issuance and status dates. We do not store raw evidence text, personal names, or contact information unless you provide them voluntarily through a contact form.

We do not use third-party trackers. We do not place advertising cookies. We retain security logs for 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data. Submit a data subject request through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.

If your credential is revoked, your public verification page is removed within 24 hours. The transparency log entry is retained as a public record. California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information.

Credential records are used for public verification of empowerment credentials. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in providing a public verification service.

Retention
