Microphone: Lavalier or handheld preferred. Podium mic acceptable for shorter formats.
Seating (private speaking): Chairs in a circle or around a table. No podium for private speaking or leadership circles.
Lectern: Optional. Preferred for Sunday messages and formal keynotes. Not needed for workshops or private speaking.
Water: Water on stage or at the speaking position, please.
Slides: Not required. If the host wants slides, coordinate with [email protected] at least one week before the engagement.
