Leaders pouring themselves out for their communities are handed sermons, applause, and prayer. What they need is structure, training, capital, and someone willing to sit with them long enough to name what is actually in the way.
Benirai does not create dependency on Benirai. The work is designed so the leader, the church, or the organization ends the engagement more capable, more resourced, and more clear than when they started — and does not need Benirai to keep functioning.

One-shot
Teaching, diagnostic session, and direct working time with leadership. A written empowerment brief is handed to leadership within five business days. For orgs that need a focused day, not an extended arc.

Weekly or biweekly working sessions
Diagnostic, teaching, and structure-building sessions with the leadership team over 4 to 8 weeks. Ends with a handoff memo naming next steps and owners. For orgs whose work deserves more than a day.

Small group meeting weekly
A small group inside the org — staff, elders, board, key volunteers — moving through the empowerment material together. The cohort authors an org-level empowerment plan and hands it to leadership. For orgs where empowerment needs to be shared, not just held by the leader.

About contribution
Engagements are funded by contribution to the mission. Some hosts contribute financially, some contribute in kind, some receive the work entirely as a gift. Contribution is never a barrier.
