Internal Cohort

A small group inside the organization — staff, elders, board, key volunteers — moving through the empowerment material together over four to eight weeks. The cohort authors an org-level empowerment plan and hands it to leadership. For organizations where empowerment needs to be shared across the team, not just held by the leader.

    The plan is presented to leadership by the cohort. The org owns it. Benirai steps back.

About contribution

Engagements are funded by contribution to the mission. Some hosts contribute financially, some contribute in kind, some receive the work entirely as a gift. Contribution is never a barrier.
